RETURNS

Our return policy for physical products lasts 7 days. 7 days after the purchase of a physical product, we can’t offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Digital products are non-returnable and non-refundable.

To complete your return, we are required to verify your purchase in our records.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

 

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

Digital products are non-returnable and non-refundable.

If your refund is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Depending on your banking institution, it may take a few business days for the funds to fully transfer back to you.

Late or missing refunds:

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

EXCHANGES / REPLACEMENTS

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or lost due to shipment error. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at orders@creatingwithin.com and send your item to the following address:

Please note that we do not offer reimbursement of return shipping cost at the moment. However, if you are exchanging a defective item, we will cover the shipping cost associated with your exchange. Meaning when we send you a new item we will cover the cost. However you are responsible for the shipping cost of sending the item back to us.
